Founded in 2020 by Ysaora Thibus, world fencing champion, Essentielle is a safe space where female athletes can share their stories with honesty and authenticity. We organized a special encounter between Ysaora Thibus and the young girls of the Rêv’elles initiative, inspiring them to engage with women’s sports.

The event featured an interactive talk, an introductory fencing session, and the opportunity for the participants to attend and support Ysaora in a fencing competition, giving them a firsthand experience of dedication, courage, and passion.
